The technical support team does not understand the essence of the issues, often redirecting me to Google or recommending reading materials instead of solving the problem. On other hosting providers (trust me, I have something to compare with), they address the issue directly and do not ask silly questions. This hosting provider, on the other hand, gives irrelevant and slow responses, they don't use phones or Skype, and they are hardly ever online. When you email them, you may have to wait for a response before asking multiple questions: "You have already asked these questions in your previous inquiry, we do not accept duplicate requests more than once. You need to wait for a response to the inquiries you have already sent us." It may seem cheap, but believe me, it's a case of being penny wise and pound foolish. I definitely do not recommend it.I've been unable to access both CPanel and my website for the second day in a row. The provided phone numbers are being ignored, and there is no response on AIM or Skype.
