What bothered me the most was their customer support service. It took them an indefinite amount of time to respond, and most of the time, they couldn't answer my questions.
Furthermore, you have to be careful when choosing the right plan because you'll encounter a lot of limitations. For example, their most affordable hosting plan costs 1.99 € per month and includes 100GB of storage and up to 5 websites. At first, it seems like a steal, but then they clarify that they only allow 1 SQL database with a maximum size of 200MB. This is more than enough for one website (but not for 5!).
