The support team has been unhelpful and disrespectful. They explained that I couldn't pay through PayPal because I closed my account. I requested them to reactivate my account so that I could pay the invoice, but they refused due to the outstanding balance.
One of their emails stated that since my account was disabled, I had to make a bank transfer, and they claimed it was not their problem because I deleted my account before paying the invoice.
However, I argue that it is their problem. When I closed my account on March 31st at 12:02 PM, there was no indication of an outstanding invoice or an option to pay it. I only received the invoice on April 1st at 4:14 AM. It seems clear to me that the issue lies with their system.
They insist that I make an international wire transfer for €7.54, which I have repeatedly refused to do because the fees involved would be three or four times the amount I owe. I have suggested paying by credit card or providing an email address for a PayPal payment, but they have rejected both options and continue to demand a wire transfer. They have even threatened to involve a collections agency if I don't comply. This behavior borders on extortion, as I am genuinely trying to pay my invoice but they are not providing a reasonable method to do so.
Despite my attempts to communicate, my last four emails requesting a PayPal address for payment have been ignored. I suspect they will soon follow through on their threat to involve a collections agency, even though I have made repeated efforts to pay the invoice.
